Assembly and Device Manufacturing

For small batch sizes and frequently changing products, device assembly is not only technically demanding but also logistically complex. Manufacturing costs can only be kept low if material logistics are precisely aligned with technical workflows and production schedules. Defined work steps with proven processes are crucial in device manufacturing to ensure consistent high product quality.

Simultaneous documentation of test dimensions and values, such as torque for screw connections, lengths, diameters, and functional results, supports product approval and increasingly eliminates the need for customer-side incoming goods and functional inspections.

Electronic assemblies can be integrated into 19” standard enclosures, custom metal, or plastic housings. Especially in high-current applications, custom aluminum heat sinks are increasingly used, which we can tailor to specific customer requirements.
