During Design for Manufacturing (DFM), we work closely with our customers to analyze manufacturing, procurement, and quality costs during the development of electronic assemblies and devices. We rely on our manufacturing engineers, procurement specialists, and quality experts to provide valuable insights. The assembly-specific data collected is then fed back into our customers’ research and development departments.

The vast majority of products can thus be optimized for manufacturability, making our production faster, safer, and more cost-effective. With DFM, we consider material selection, sourcing, manufacturing technologies, component and PCB tolerances, and precision as early as the design phase. Additionally, necessary test procedures and adapterscan be efficiently developed.
